Margaret Ann Dowling
Margaret Ann is an „Innovation in Media ” consultant working for 25 years in CE emerging markets. Margaret Ann studied Psychology and Philosophy at UCD Before coming to Central Europe in 1992 . She was one of the founding staff members of the first Independent business News Paper group in CE in the 90s and went on to launch and run some of the most successful lifestyle brands in Central Europe. Margaret Ann has most recently been working as Regional Director on a corporate restructuring project for three years for Burda consolidating their business in Poland and Czech and bringing innovation into these legacy business. Margaret Ann attended the Singularity Executive program in 2015 and now is the Ambassador of the First Polish Chapter of the SU which she is launching in parallel with completing the LEAD certification at Stanford GSB. She also consults media business on strategy and is working on her own project Createandtranslate.org researching new business models at the intersection of content creation and translation technology.
